You configureIn NinjaOne: Administration → Webhooks → Add Webhook. Set the URL to your Helix inbound alert endpoint (displayed in App Marketplace → NinjaOne → Setup). Select event types: device offline, alert triggered, alert resolved.
Helix doesHelix parses the NinjaOne payload, matches the device to a Helix asset, and creates a ticket assigned to the on-call technician. Alert-resolved events auto-close the ticket if still open.
